NorDx result reports will indicate the test site that performed the ordered test(s) by using a site code or by listing the test site information on the report. Site code information may also be obtained from the NorDx Test Catalog or by calling NorDx Client Services at (207) 396-7830. The NorDx site codes and respective testing sites are:
